Epiphany is celebrated every year on 6th January marking the "manifestation" of Christ to the world
Members of the congregation place figures of the Magi (the three wise men) at the Nativity scene in the High Altar reflecting their visit to the infant Jesus
The service is held with dimmed lighting in the church as the choir and congregation process around the building by candlelight which bring together themes of light coming into the world (revelation) and journeying (both spiritual and physical)
